Long Term Goals
After I graduate from the Culinary Institute of America in May of 2015 I plan on doing the CYBX program (in which I would spend a year in Germany, learning the language, attending a university and working in my field) or I would study in the culinary school in Switzerland. Afterwards I plan on working in restaurants to get as much experience as I can and build a small family. After putting a lot of thought and work into it, I plan on opening my own restaurant where it will portray and serve a new cuisine every season.

Short Term Goals
For the rest of this term I hope on getting good grades, and passing Culinary Fundemantals with an A.
Second Term: I am hoping on working harder on my visa and eventually receiving the visa for my externship cite. I plan on doing well in meats and fish. I plan on never letting my chef’s down in production kitchens and working and sending food out in the best of my abilities.
Third term: I am planning on learning as much as I can from my externship cite in Belgium. I plan on learning from my mistakes and anything that Chef De Pooter has to offer for me in his restaurant. I want to get the most out of my time in Belgium, and learn about a new and different culture. After my 18 week externship, I am hoping I can travel Europe for a couple of weeks, taste new foods and learn about different cultures, and cuisines.
Fourth Term: I plan on taking cuisines of Asia, and cuisines of the Mediterranean, and working the hardest that I can to learn about different cuisines.
Fifth Term: I plan on working in Bocuse, and American Bounty and working my best towards wines studies, and all other classes.
I hope to graduate with a GPA of 3.2 or above
BPS:
I plan on taking classes that will help me with hotel management, and owning my own restaurant. As for languages I plan on taking Italian. I plan on doing the Food and Wine trip to Italy, and doing the study abroad program at Greystone in California to get the most that I can from what the CIA has to offer. After all of that, I plan on graduating in May of 2015.
Throughout all of this I plan on keeping my job as a tutor in the tutoring center, and hopefully when I get a car here after externship I hope to get a job in Rhinebeck at a restaurant.
